Congratulations to Julius Caeser who has taken out top place at the Lee Kum Kee New Zealand Developing Chefs Challenge 2022.
It was a pressure-filled morning for the four finalists as they were each tasked to make and present their Chinese-inspired dish using three or more Lee Kum Kee sauces or condiments. Among the live audience were members of the Gilmours team who were there to support and admire the immense skill of all the finalists – and fulfill taste-testing duties too, of course.
