Gilmours offers you three ways to shop with us:
- You can visit your local Cash 'n Carry store to browse and select your own products at the most affordable pricing option.
- You may prefer the convenience of shopping online and having your order picked, packed and delivered.
- You could also phone our Customer Service Team and place your order with them.
Be rewarded with ASB True Rewards
You can now use your ASB True Rewards credit card in-store as a payment method at any Gilmours. Simply swipe your True Rewards card at the checkout like an EFTPOS or gift card, press the ‘credit’ button and enter your True Rewards pin.
True Rewards can be used like ‘real’ dollars at ASB’s partner stores, including Gilmours. These rewards can be used for travel, be redeemed online at participating partners, contributed to KiwiSaver, or donated and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gilmours is proud to offer you the ability to earn Airpoints™ for Business.
If you choose to earn Airpoints Dollars™ at Gilmours, you can then spend them in so many ways - the only hard part is deciding what to spend them on – choose from flights, rental cars, a gift from the Airpoints Store, Koru membership, or travel insurance. Find out more.

Gilmours customers can earn 0.185 Airpoints Dollars™ cumulatively for every $50, excluding GST and after discounts, spent with us. That is, for every $270.27 spent (after discounts and excluding GST) on qualifying purchases^, qualifying Gilmours account holders* will be awarded 1 Airpoints Dollar™**. Cumulative earn means that we will keep track of the amount you spend and anything under $50 will be allocated towards your next purchase (within 12 months), this will help you top up your Airpoints Dollars™ balance.
Follow the steps below to start being rewarded with Airpoints Dollars™.
Step 1: Become an Airpoints™ for Business member
Register online for Airpoints for Business.
Step 2: Register your rewards programme with us
Once you receive your Airpoints™ number, register it with us using our Gilmours rewards registration form and you’ll be rewarded in up to seven working days.
Make the most of your purchases by supercharging your rewards with a Airpoints credit card.
The Airpoints™ Programme is operated by Air New Zealand, so you will need to be aware of their terms and conditions at airnewzealand.co.nz. By becoming a member of Airpoints™ you will also receive a separate Airpoints™ card. We do not operate the Airpoints™ programme.
^Qualifying purchases exclude infant formula, phone cards and service charges such as order, delivery charges, keg deposits and any other fees, deposits and purchases that may be determined from time to time.
